El Grupet de les Arts: 5º reunión

La reunión del Grupet de les Arts del mes de julio se celebró en el Parc de la Ciutadella.

 Aprovechamos el buen tiempo para organizar un pequeño picnic.

The July's meeting of the "El Grupet de les Arts" was celebrated in the Parc de la Ciutadella.

Premio

Esta semana me desperté con la agradable sorpresa de que Sílvia me había concedido el premio "Liebster blog". Gracias Sílvia!!

Me ha hecho mucha ilusión porque además es el primer premio que recibo.

Pero recibir este premio tiene una responsabilidad:

Bolso de verano

Como ya comenté me he propuesto acabar (otra cosa es que lo consiga!) aquellos trabajos a medias que tengo por casa, y aprovechando el veranito, me he decidido por este bolso veraniego.

Es un kit de Jan et Jul que compré en la Feria Creativa de hace dos años.

As I said I plan to finish (another thing is that I get it!) all UFOS I have at home, and this time I decided by this summer bag.

It's a Jan et Jul's kit I bought in La feria Creativa two years ago.

Me pareció un modelo muy práctico y la combinación de colores me encantó, súper alegre!

Para el forro he utilizado una tela de topitos pistacho que ya tenía. Además, le he añadido un bolsillo interior.

I found it's a very practical model and I loved the color combination, joyful!
For the insied I used a pistachio polka dots fabric I already had. And I have added an inside pocket.

 ¿Qué me decís del resultado? 

Me encanta la combinacón del estampado de colores con la tela de topos en marrón y blanca de las asas.

What you tell me  about the result? I love the colors combinacón on stamping fabric with brown and white dots on the handles.

Acabando trabajos olvidados

Madre mía! Cuando he visto la fecha de la última entrada me he dado cuenta de lo olvidado que he tenido el blog últimamente. Pero es que estos últimos meses no he estado muy fina, y es que estoy embarazada y si todo va bien para finales de año seremos padres.

 Oh my God! When I have seen the date of last entry I realized I had forgotten the blog lately. But these past few months I have been mot very well, because I'm pregnant and if all goes well these Christmas's year we will be parents.

Podéis imaginaros la cantidad de cosas de bebé que tengo en mente, pero quiero ser prudente hasta que sepamos si será niño o niña. Por ese motivo me he decidido a intentar acabar todos esos proyectos olvidados que un día empecé y se quedaron a medias (que no son pocos!).

Can you imagine how much baby stuff I have in mind, but I want be careful until we know if it's a boy or a girl. For this reason I decided to try to finish all these projects forgotten that one day I started and stayed half (A lot of projects!).

 He empezado con esta corona de Navidad para la puerta. Ya lo sé, hay que estar loca para pensar en la Navidad en Julio, jajajja

I started with this Christmas wreath for the door. I know, you have to be crazy to think about Christmas in July, jajajja

Luego le añadiré algún adorno navideño.

Bolso de cumpleaños

Éste es el regalo que me hicieron mis amigas para mi cumpleaños, aunque no literalmente, porque lo que me regalaron fue un curso para confeccionar tu propio bolso. Genial!

This is the birthday's present that my friends gave me, but nor literally, becuase what they gave me was a course to sew my own bag. Great!!

El curso lo he hecho en Opció Diamant, en Gràcia. No sólo he aprendido mucho, además me lo pasado genial. 

Los profesores son muy divertidos.

I did the course in Opció Diamant, in Gràcia. I have not only learn a lot, as well I had a great time.

 The teachers are very fun.

Es un bolso bandolera ideal para el verano.

It's a perfect messenger bag for the summer.

He aprendido muchos "truquillos", pero sin duda alguna el gran reto para mi ha sido aprender a ponder cremalleras con doble tela.

I hace learned many "tricks", but no doubt the great challenge for me has been learning to sew zippers with double fabric.

Me encanta mi nuevo bolos!

Definitivamente: ADICTA

Creo que no tengo remedio. He tejido otro chal. 

I think I have no solution. I've crocheted another shawl.

Además, no he podido resistirme y de nuevo he tejido un chal con el patrón del

 Half Granny Shawl.

Y es que es realmente adictivo. Empiezas y no puedes acabar!

Esta vez me he decidido por un hilo de la casa alemana Schoeller en color caqui.

Definitivamente: soy adicta los chales!

Esta vez he hecho un conjunto de bolso de mano y tarjetera a juego.

This time I made a set of a handbag and card case.

 La tela, en blanca en beige, va a juego con el vestido de la propietaria. Mi madre

I've used a white and beige fabric, will go with my mother's dress

Para el bolso de mano he utilizado una boquilla metálica. Además, he aprovechado y he aplicado una flor de pasamanería del mismo color.
For the handbag I used a metal nozzle. In adition, I have applied a flower trimmings of the same colour.

Estoy contenta porque le ha encantado! / I'm happy because she loved it!

Bolso de mano

Este fin de semana ha sido el Festival de Patchwork en Sitges y el sábado pasamos el día visitando las exposiciones y las paradas de la feria. Qué locura! Un montón de cosas a casa cual más bonita.

Yo finalmente me decidí por un costurero de Jan et Jul que tengo muchas ganas de empezar.

This weekend was the Patchwork Festival in Sitges and we spent the Saturday visiting exhibitions and stands. How crazy! A lot of things each one more beautiful. 

I finally bought a sewing kit of Jan et Jul that I have really wanted to start. 

 Mientrastanto he cosido este bolso de mano. 

No, no se me ha ido la máquina, tiene un asa más larga que la otra.

While I sewed this handbag.
No, I wasn't wrong, it has a longer handle than the other. 

 De hecho se cierra cruzando el asa larga por dentro de la cortita.

In fact it closes crossing the long handle inside de little one.

Una buena manera de recibir la primavera!!
